This custom made Conoid desk by the Nakashima factory is an exquisite example of George Nakashima's brilliance of natural wood design for modern home use. The top is a single slab of walnut with a gorgeous live edge going around. Single butterfly notch on one end. The legs stand out with a tapered cross-legged configuration. The opposite side holds a bank of three drawers with inset handles. Knee hole: 24"w, 26.5"h George Nakashima (1905-1990) is so beloved that his furniture stands in museums.
